If you were not able to reserve the date you wanted, you can apply for the waiting list!
* What is <Cancellation Waiting List (キャンセル待ち)> ?
▶ If there are cancellations on the vaccination, the university provides the remaining vaccines to those who wish to get vaccinated but not able to reserve.
* How is it done?
▶ Apply for the cancellation waiting list by 12:00 PM for each vaccination date.
ex. If today is July 5th, you could apply for the waiting list for July 5th by 12:00 PM
▶ 20 people will be drawn each day, and the university will contact those people by 2:00 PM on the day.
▶ If you are contacted by the university, come to the venue of your choice with your smartphone and personal ID by 4:45 PM.
※ Precautions
- This is for a first vaccination —the second vaccination can be done in line with the designated schedule.
- If you do not to come to the venue by the designated time, it will be treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that vaccinations are NOT GUARANTEED.
- You can only apply for the waiting list ONCE.
- For the second appointment, we will inform you of the available date and time on the designated schedule.
