2. Eligibility

1) All students are eligible for the vaccination

2) Those who are able to get vaccinated with in the designated period, at the

designated locations in Waseda University

3. Vaccination Period

• First Dose : July 5th (Mon.) - August 2nd (Mon.)

• Second Dose : August 3rd (Tue.) - August 31st (Tue.)

※ Combinations of dates for first and second dose of vaccination

(For August 7th, Building No.121 is not available)

4. Locations (Waseda Campus)

• Okuma Garden House

• International Conference Center 3F (Central Library)

• B1F Conference Room, Building No. 121
