"Quasi-emergency coronavirus measures" will be applied in Tokyo (April 12 - May 11)
* Measures to be taken under quasi-emergency state
1. Shortened operating hours of restaurants to 8PM
2. Refrain from using karaoke
3. Prohibited entrance of customers/visitors not following the basic guidelines
Wearing masks / hand sanitizing / etc.
4. Avoid unnecessary cross-regional movement
* Waseda University's response
Face-to-face classes will be continued as scheduled
All classes will be moved back to online if big clusters take place in Waseda University
* Requests to students

Eat by yourself on campus or on your way back home
DO NOT have a party or a dinner with alcoholic beverages after classes
